The F45 Playoffs

Ever since it emigrated from Australia, fitness phenomenon F45 has taken London by storm. The Crossfit-on-creatine cult are bringing their annual 'playoffs' back to sports extravaganza  Summer Social, where they're giving the fittest male and female the chance to win thousands of pounds in cash prizes. You just have to be really good at doing doing bench hops, box jumps, burpees, chin ups, Russian twists, rowing and sprints, with 45 second rests in between. Or, alternatively, really good at watching people do those things.
