The fastest man, woman and child in Brixton will be determined by a series of 100-metre races, inspired by the achievements at the London 2012 Games of Usain Bolt, 'fastest man in the world'– and consummate showman. There are 'bolts' for men, women, over-40s and youngsters of various ages and the entry fee goes to local charities – this year to the Evelina Children Appeal, which aims to raise £100,000 in 2013 for the Evelina Children's Hospital. See more about the event's fundraising aims at https://spacehive.com/brixtonbolt.
