The Art of Criticism

As part of the Critics’ Circle Centenary Celebration events, here’s a rare chance to quiz the people who shape our cultural landscape and decisions about what to see, listen to, and watch. Among those willing to sit in the firing line and answer questions about what they do and how they do it are Libby Purves, Barry Norman, Fiona Mountford, Sarah Crompton and Jason Solomons. Two sessions will be held: in the morning, Paul Gambaccini will host a panel discussion called ‘Meet the Critics’, with Mariella Frostrup taking the reins for an afternoon session on ‘The Art of Criticism Now and the Future’.
