Time Out says

Ever looked in the window of a commercial gallery in Mayfair, and found it completely empty save for a lone curator at desk, surrounded by expensive art on impossibly white walls? Imagine the exact opposite of that, and you’ve got the Art Car Boot Fair, one of the most madcap, entrancing art events in London, where big names flog their work from little stalls or the boot of a car. It's a chance to buy pieces by Bob & Roberta Smith, Rankin, Susie Hamilton, Pure Evil plus many more, and it's taking place on Lewis Cubitt Square.

It’s so much more than a market, because the artists taking part, really take part. Expect a frantically fun afternoon of getting stuck in portrait-making and muse-chasing. There will be appearances from the Misfortune Teller, Rankin Live, and portraitist extraordinaire Wilfred Woods. There's incredible food and drinks on offer too, of course, as well as the option to access the event online.
