COMPETITION RULES
These Competition Rules set out the legal terms governing participation in the Competition. We recommend that you read them carefully before entering.

WHAT'S THE PRIZE?
The prize (referred to as the “Prize Package” in these Competition Rules) is:
Double passes to three of the attractions on the list of “London’s most awe-inspiring attractions” published in Time Out on 21st November 2024 and as set out below.
● The winner may select a double pass (i.e. a ticket entitling two adults to entry to the attraction) for three different attractions on the list.
● Passes are usable once only.
● Passes entitle the holders to admission only. Any further optional paid-for facilities or experiences not included in the normal ticket price for the attractions are not included in the Prize Package.
● Passes must be redeemed within six months of accepting the prize.
Entry to the attractions is subject to additional terms and conditions for each attraction. Holders must agree to those terms and conditions to use the passes.

- A show at the Royal Opera House
- Chislehurst Caves
- Leighton House and Sambourne House
WHEN CAN I ENTER THE COMPETITION?
Start Date: From 12:15 am on 21st November 2024
End Date: To 11:45 pm on 21st December 2024
HOW DO I ENTER?
Step 1: Fill out your details in the entry form found on our Time Out competition page
Step 2: That’s it! Just make sure you submit the form before the End Date.
WHO CAN ENTER?
The Competition is open to all UK residents over the age of 18, except employees of the Organiser and the Prize Provider, their agents and contractors, and the family members of any of the foregoing. The winner must be aged 18 or over - you will not be eligible for the Prize Package if you are under 18. You can only enter once - multiple entries will not be accepted.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
After you submit your entry, you will be entered into a computer-generated ballot, from which a winner will be selected at random. The winner will be notified by the Organiser by email within 5 days of the End Date. If you are a winner, you agree to participate in publicity which may include having your photograph taken for promotional and press purposes.
OTHER RULES
- The Organiser reserves the right to exclude any entry from the Competition at any time if it has a reason to believe that the entrant has breached any of these Competition Rules.
- All entries must be submitted by the original writer of the entry.
- The winner will be notified by the Organiser using the contact information submitted in the winner’s entry. The winner may be asked to provide identification. Any winner who is not contactable or who fails to return contact within 72 hours of notification will be disqualified, in which case the winner forfeits their right to the Prize Package, no compensation will be given and a reserve entrant will be selected at random as an alternative winner.
- The Prize Package will be provided by the Prize Provider.
- The Prize Package is non-negotiable, non-transferable and non-refundable.
- In the event of unforeseen circumstances the Organiser and the Prize Provider reserve the right to substitute the Prize Package for an alternative of equal or greater value.
- The names of the winner may be obtained by sending a written request with a stamped addressed envelope stating which competition you would like the winner’s details for, to Time Out England Limited, 1st Floor, 172 Drury Lane, London WC2B 5QR or by email to competitions@timeout.com. The request must be submitted within 1 calendar month after the End Date.
- By entering the Competition, all entrants consent to the processing of their personal data by Time Out for the purposes of administration of this Competition and in accordance with Time Out’s privacy notice: https://www.timeout.com/privacy-notice.
- Any winners’ details shared by the Organiser or the Prize Provider will be limited to first name and country only, in accordance with ASA guidelines and UK GDPR.
- The Organiser and the Prize Provider will each be responsible for any loss or damage suffered by any entrant, or by the winner of the Prize Package, as a result of the Organiser’s and the Prize Provider’s carelessness or breach of these Competition Rules, unlessthe loss or damage:
- is not foreseeable (which means that it would not be obvious to the Organiser and/or the Prize Provider, and to the entrant and/or winner, that the carelessness or breach would have that result); or
- is caused by reasons outside of the Organiser’s and/or the Prize Provider’s control; or
- could have been avoided by the entrant/winner taking reasonable steps to avoid it.
- Entrants (including the winner of the Prize Package) are responsible for any loss or damage that they suffer as a result of their own carelessness or breach of these Competition Rules or of the terms and conditions for admission to any attraction, or that they could have avoided had they failed to take reasonable action.
- The Organiser may modify, delay, postpone or cancel the Competition if it has no reasonable alternative to doing so in the event of circumstances outside of its reasonable control.
- This Competition and these Competition Rules are governed by the laws of England and Wales and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
- The Competition promoter is Time Out England Limited, 1st Floor, 172 Drury Lane, London WC2B 5QR and all references to Time Out means Time Out England Limited.
