Brixton may have the largest African and Caribbean population in the capital, but the culinary variety on offer isn't what it should be. Or so say the folk behind the food festival Tasty Africa Tasty Caribbean, which aims to showcase cuisine from all over these two regions, so you can expect more than Jamaican jerk chicken and Nigerian jollof rice. There will be a wealth of dishes from Barbados, Trinidad and Tobago, Guyana, Haiti, St Kitts, Ghana, Sierra Leone, Congo, Uganda, and more. Grab a taster plate for £1.50 or enjoy a full meal for £6.
