Get to grips with the art of sushi rolling at this introduction class led by chef Yuki Gomi at her London home kitchen. The class will focus on 'Maki Sushi' with participants learning how to create four different types of rolled delights as well as 'Te Mari' sushi which is rolled in the hand. Sushi vinegar and sushi rice will also be covered, meaning guests will leave armed with the skills to make a fabulous feast of Japanese cuisine at home.
