Time Out says

The National Gallery's 'Summer on the Square' is a fab, free way to get those creative juices flowing this August, no matter your artistic prowess. In partnership with Westminster City Council, Trafalgar Square will be taken over by a programme of free, drop-in creative sessions all inspired by the world-renowned collection at the National Gallery. Get stuck into costume making, learn and build with bamboo, or submit your sketches to be a part of an ever-changing drawing. There's also room to have lunch during the afternoon breaks, so don't forget the picnics. This roster of immersive workshops promises to be a fun-filled creative endeavour  head down and create your own masterpiece!
