Sud de France Joie de Vivre Festival

Bringing the Languedoc-Roussillon region of France to the centre of London, this family-friendly event, stretching along the river from the Riverside Walkway to the Bernie Spain Gardens, will include an authentic food market, pop-up restaurants, talks from food and wine producers and experts, a book-signing with Kate Mosse (whose breakthrough novel 'Labyrinth' was set in the Languedoc) , and pétanque and sandcastle-building competitions. It closes with music from Gilles Peterson's Worldwide Festival, held in Sète in July.
