As far as Japanese film studios go, there's only one national treasure so legendary that every one of their new films is greeted with international religious fervour. That studio's name is Ghibli, and their groundbreaking animations are set to be celebrated by our very own cultural institution, the British Museum, during a summer-long collaboration with London's Japan House.
The season of screenings kicks off with 'My Neighbour Totoro' on Fri Jun 21, followed by 'Pom Poko' on Fri Jul 5, and is rounded out by 'The Tale of The Princess Kaguya' and 'The Wind Rises' on Fri Aug 2 and Fri Aug 9 respectively. Book your tickets here.
