Stepping Out: Celebrating Hackney City Farm

To mark the birthday of Hackney City Farm, which was founded by Hackney residents in 1984, Hackney Museum is bringing together a celebratory exhibition about the farm's rich history. As well the opportunity to learn about the site’s former uses and see exhibits about the animals and gardens there will be creative activities for visitors of all ages. Visitors will also be able to use an interactive map created by artist Rebecca Davies in collaboration with local people who live, work or play in the E2 community. At the end of the exhibition’s run in May it will transfer to Hackney City Farm.
