Time Out says

The latest opening in Fergus Henderson’s lauded gastronomic empire, St John Marylebone will be closing out its first year of business with a New Year’s Eve bash that sounds like an ideal way for any gourmand to wave goodbye to 2023. Guests will dine on a sumptuous five-course feast featuring oysters, smoked eel and a showstopping main of roast goose, as well as a glass of the restaurant’s very own Blanc de Blancs. There are two sittings available; one starting at 6pm, intended for those due at parties (or intending to be tucked up in bed) later in the evening, and a second at 9pm which will allow you to see in 2024 at the restaurant, ‘glasses and spirits raised’. Cheers to that.
