For five days they'll be championing the small producers and purveyors of Ireland. Book a table to try some dishes straight from the Emerald Isle and glug down drinks from a plethora of Irish distillers and brewers,ranging from original favourites like Teeling and Jameson alongside a newer faces such as Johnny Fall Down Cider from the orchards of Killahora, County Cork and Dave Mulligan's award-winning tipple, Bán Poitín, a small batch spirit distilled from potatoes, malted barley and sugar beets.
