In medieval London, London Bridge was one of the last parts of the route for sheep farmers to take flocks to market. Now, to raise money for British farmers, the Worshipful Company of Woolman borrows a herd from Bedfordshire and reenacts a little bit of the old journey while dressed in ceremonial robes. Don't miss the fancy dress competition - Little Bo Peeps and Christmas-play-looking shepherds abound. Free to watch; booking advised if you actually want to usher the sheep.
