Part of Lewisham’s London of Borough of Culture event programme, on Sunday a unit in Lewisham shopping centre will be transformed into a traditional gay pub cabaret. There’ll be singalongs, special guests and a disco-tastic playlist of anthems from the 70s, 80s and 90s. Hosted by MC Alotta Nerve and performer Abi Collins, the afternoon will not only be a camp dose of fun, but also a chance to explore the exhibition ‘Where To, Now the Sequins Have Gone?’ – a pop-up space celebrating the borough's LGBTQ+ community and looking at the area’s lost queer pubs and spaces.
Find it at Unit 17, Lewisham Shopping Centre, book in advance.
