Love is all about chemistry, so nipping to the Lit Laboratory London’s ‘Science and Sip’ evening is actually a pretty obvious way to celebrate Valentine’s day. The immersive pop-up, taking place at the Queen of The South pub in Lambeth, promises to be one of the most innovatively fun V-day events happening this year. Adopt your professor alter-ego, don your best lab coat, and get stuck into some experiments (and shots, obvs). It’s taking place late afternoon, so it could be a cracking way to work up an appetite for a Valentine’s or Galentine’s dinner.
