Time Out says

John Dee was one of Tudor England's most mysterious figures, a man who practiced everything from maths to the occult. His library includes guides to the art of love, introductions to alchemy, astrological textbooks and accounts of Dee's 'conversations with angels'. This exhibition will reveal more about the enigmatic 'Dr Dee' through a never-before-seen selection of books once owned by the man himself, as well as a selection of his belongings; a crystal ball, a magical mirror and more.
