To mark Salon turning five, chef and founder Nicholas Balfe is enlisting five of his foodie pals to help create one impressive celebration dinner. While Balfe heads up the snack department, Lee Tiernan of Black Axe Mangal, John Chantarasak from Som Saa, Dougie McMaster of Cub and Josh Katz from Berber & Q will be rustling up courses, with Rav Gill from Llewelyns on desserts and Mr Lyan overseeing cocktail creation. Sounds like one big ol' serving of birthday heaven.
