Did you know that there's a Japanese Cherry Blossom Season with its very own name: Sakura? Well there is, and chef Adam Rawson has created 12-course menu of Japanese dishes for his own 'Sakura' pop-up at Brewery Below, a new private dining space below Borough Wines' Essex Road shop. Muriel Chatel, owner of Borough Wines & Beers, has curated a selection of sake, beer and wine to complement Adam's food.
