Rioja Tapas Fantasticas

Emulating the tapas bar crawl along Calle Laurel in Rioja, this two-day free festival is back for 2014 and will include pop-ups manned by London tapas restaurants including Jose, Camino and Morito, as well as stalls from dozens of Rioja wineries. Together with tapas tastings and wine samples, the weekend will feature workshops and talks on wine (with Olly Smith and Susy Atkins) and an interactive food- and wine-matching experience. Buy a tasting glass on arrival (£3.50) and you'll get four tokens to exchange for a sample of the wines that most take your fancy. Live Spanish music will keep the atmosphere lively as the wine continues to flow.
