Think of it as Canalival's kinder, gentler (read sober) cousin – for a good cause. For two nights this summer, Kayaking London will be leading excursions out onto the Thames, passing some of London's best-known landmarks as groups paddle from Chelsea to Westminster. This being London, there's a twist: you'll be accompanied by the world's first kayak sound system, dubbed the 'Deaf Star', which will be pumping ambient, trance and a bit of house along the way. Complimentary drinks and snacks follow, and all proceeds go to youth work being done in the Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea.
