Now that London seems to be blessed with blazing temperatures to rival the Balearics we could do with a beach to make the most of it on, and in lieu of any actual shoreline this pop-up at Stratford's Print House Bar & Restaurant will do nicely. They've turned their outdoor terrace into a beach for the summer, so you can grab a deck chair, plonk it in the shade of a palm tree and grab some sustenance from the barbecue and tiki bar.
