Never heard of plogging? It's a portmanteau of the Swedish word ‘plocka’, meaning ‘to pick’, and jogging and sees people pound the pavement and collect stray rubbish as they go. Join this plog around Northala Fields and Rectory Park letting you keep fit and tidy up the local community - you might even make some friends while you're at it. Equipment including gloves, litter pickers and rubbish bags will be provided and attendees will also receive a free sports t-shirt. Winner, winner.
