In what promises to be a lively debate, 'Bad Science' writer and presenter Dr Ben Goldacre raises some thorny questions about current practices in the pharmaceutical industry. The panel includes Dr Miran Epstein on the troubling relationship between the pharmaceutical industry and research ethics, industry leader Chris Walker on the process of developing new medicines, and former Head of Safety and Efficacy of Medicines at the European Medicines Agency, Dr Xavier Luria, providing a regulator's perspective on this contentious area. All proceeds are being donated to the charity Sense.
