Paradise's head chef Cat Ashton used to run the kitchen at Petersham Nurseries, which must be London's only garden centre with a Michelin-starred restaurant. This series of supperclubs sees Ashton put her own twist on interesting cuisines. The January edition is 'Arabian Nights' and boasts a five-course menu of dishes from Morocco, Turkey, Lebanon and Palestine. Guests will feast on hazelnut falafel, spiced quail, slow-cooked Baharat lamb shoulder, barberry rice pilaf, chocolate and halva torte and plenty more besides.
