Executive Chef John Javier invites some of London's best chefs to take over the kitchen such as The Laughing Heart's Tom Anglesea, Filipino BBQ Sarap's Budgie Montoya, Brendan Fong from Ichibuns andAnaïs van Manen of BAO/XU/Snackbar. You’ll get the chance to sample special brunch dishes such as dried fried lamb ribs and spring onion, pate and XO sauce. The first brunch session kicks off this Sunday and will be running every Sunday until mid-September.
