Listen up agents. Here is your mission, should you choose to accept it: gain exclusive access to East London’s Heron tower and scale it's 39 floors to raise money for Action on Hearing Loss. The tower, which was featured in 007's most recent romp Skyfall, is usually closed to the public so this is a great excuse to get inside. The view isn’t only from the top, the staircase has windows so there will be plenty of motivational material as you power up the tower. At last year's event around 250 climbers conquered the BT Tower including Matt Gilbert, the UK's only deaf professional sportsman and five-year-old Reuben O'Hara who, inspired by his deaf grandpa, raised thousands for the charity. This year Action on Hearing Loss has partnered with the Tower Running UK's championship final, which will take place on the same day. If you reckon you've got the knees for it there are still places available to compete for the elite title, with guaranteed early starts on the day. If you're more Bond villain than field agent and would like to cheat your way up the 842 steps there are also lift tickets available. For £20 you will be whisked straight to the top, where you can laugh maniacally about enjoying the view without breaking a sweat.
