Time Out says

Culinary creatives Bompas & Parr are back with another quirky, foodie extravaganza.  'Neuroenological Tasting: The Grand Cork Experiment' is an immersive wine tasting testing how sounds, aromas and sensations associated with opening a wine bottle influence our brains and taste buds. During the 30-minute experience, you'll be monitored by state-of-the-art brain activity monitors to test how senses are triggered by the rituals associated with wine drinking. Afterwards sit back and relax with a glass of fine wine and learn all about the properties cork in an interactive workshop. Register for your free ticket here.
