While every Londoner loves a flashy dinner every now and again, most of us haven't got the cash (or clout) to treat ourselves to a table at Copenhagen's Noma, often referred to as the best restaurant in the world. This supper club should be a good substitute, though – a team of Michelin-trained chefs will serve a six-course seasonal menu inspired by the renowned Danish restaurant, with many ingredients either local or foraged. You can tell it's modernist cooking because your plates will look beautiful and inolve food you're not actually sure you should eat – the sample menu features leek ash, Rowan berry and chestnut silver sand. Book in advance.
