Whip up something different in the kitchen at this Iranian Kurdish cookery class. Chef Nadereh from Kurdistan, Iran will help you prepare dishes including Koresh Karafs (a braised lamb and celery stew), Sholeh Maash (a traditional Kurdish rice and mung bean dish) and Samboseh (lamb samosas). As well as schooling you in traditional cooking and preparation techniques, Nadereh will also share stories about Kurdish food and culture. Plus, the class is put on by Migrateful, which supports migrant and refugee chefs.
