Time Out says

If you’ve never been to the Brunel Museum’s Midnight Apothecary nights, this is the perfect chance to get acquainted with the cosy campfire evenings. The pop-up cocktail bar takes over the museum’s pretty rooftop herb garden on various nights each month with botanical cocktails, plenty of campfires, marshmallows for toasting and warming street food. On Twelfth Night you’ll find all this as well as live music from Greenwich Greentrad, a procession to the apple trees led by the Green Man and the Wassail Queen as well as plenty of cider-based concoctions. The celebrations will continue into the evening in the Brunel's underground entrance hall to the Thames Tunnel, directly beneath the garden. Bring lanterns (or your phone torch), your finest wassailing voice and wrap up warm.
