Time Out says

Kitchen Theory's latest offering comes infused with the flavours of Mexico with sophisticated dishes inspired by Central America making up the menu. Moving away from the notion that Mexican grub is all about hefty burritos and trays of tacos slathered in salsa, the event is billed as a culinary and cultural experience, with founder Jozef Youssef enlisting the help of Oxford University professor Charles Spence to change the way in which diners perceive food. Dishes are specifically designed for vegetarian palettes but are also re-imagined for those with a hankering for meat. Both lunch and dinner sittings are available and should be booked in advance online
