This is the first in a series of new events aiming to get closer to the artisanal producers filling chef Tom Hunt's east London restaurant with top notch ingredients. Each dinner will be created in collaboration with one of Poco's suppliers and the series kick off with Mast Brothers chocolate. Tom will introduce the meal along with the head chocolatier from the sweet-smelling factory in Shoreditch before inviting guests to get stuck into plates that range from cacao beer braised venison to olive oil chocolate cake with sorbet and frozen creme fraiche. Only a limited number of tickets are left so snap them up quick via the Poco website.
