If all the toys have been broken by Boxing Day and you're stuck for things to do with the kids between Christmas and New Year, the London Transport Museum have just the thing. Creative kids between four and 12 can get busy with junk modelling to create their own mini snowmobile, the perfect mode of transport for any action figures that are still intact (workshops run from 11.30am and 2.30pm daily). Storytelling sessions are also scheduled for children between three and seven who can hear tales of a snowflake's journey from the sky to the streets of London (sessions start at 11am and 2pm and last 20 minutes).
