Time Out says

For the past two years, Lock Up Performance Art have been hosting contemporary arts shows once a month in a 'pop-up' venue in the depths of Hackney. The space is – in their words – 'a grim little lock-up garage the size of a single car', but today the collective are taking over a good deal of the Approach Estate (their garage is situated behind James Campbell House) with their final event, a farewell fete. All the artists who have previously performed will return, including the No Collective, Rachel Gomme, Fabian Peake and more. The fete will spread from the garage to the carpark, through the play area and the allotments to accommodate the coconut shy, alternative cake stand, Morris dancing, brass band and traditional Indian dancers.
