Thanks to ‘Parasite’ and, latterly, ‘Squid Game’, a lot of people who might otherwise not give a hoot about Korean film and television are now very much ‘K-pilled’. Those people will be thrilled to know the London Korean Film Festival is back in London cinemas from November 4. The LKFF is proudly the world’s biggest cinema showcase for Korean movies outside of the country itself. Everything from mega blockbusters to bizarre indie titles. One screening that’s sure to be popular is 2010 erotic thriller The Housemaid, starring ‘Squid Games’s Lee Jung-jae.
