London Academy of Parkour

Located at Trinity Buoy Warf in east London, close to Canary Wharf and directly across the Thames from the iconic O2 Arena, the Parkour Academy is open every day of the week. It offers bespoke training facilities for this distinctive non-competitive training method. Usually practiced in urban spaces, parkour sees practitioners use their bodies in combination with their surroundings to run, climb, vault, leap, swing, roll and generally cover ground in an intensely active and spectacular fashion. Functional fitness, dance and other physical activities are also on offer.
