Living Green Visitor Centre: Family Fun Day

Following a two-year project by the National Trust, the nineteenth-century stable block at Modern Hall Park opens on November 5, 2011, as a 'Living Green Visitor Centre', housing a permanent exhibition about sustainable green living and renewable energy, craft stalls for local artists and a small café. Family events on November 5 include tours of the stable yard and park, bag-making workshops and entertainment including clog dancing.
