Fancy learning how to shuck an oyster? You probably won’t find better teachers than Ben and Robin Wright, AKA The Wright Brothers. Having founded their seafood supply business back in 2002, the pair are now the UK’s leading seafood suppliers, with over 500 restaurants relying on their quality produce. As part of their 20th anniversary celebrations, the pair have teamed up with Mayfair institution Langan’s Brasserie for a one-off oyster masterclass and dinner. Guests will learn how to shuck, taste and pair the perfect oyster from none other than Ben Wright himself, before tucking into a sumptuous seafood dinner designed by Langan’s executive chef Benjamin Mellor, paired with wines selected by head sommelier, Yann Prigent. A lovely treat for a seafood fanatic.
