Kräftskiva: Swedish Crayfish Party

Every year Swedes celebrate the crayfish season by eating loads of seafood and drinking schnapps. Sounds pretty sweet to us, and now they’ve brought the party to London. Head to The Curtain’s restaurant Red Rooster to gobble down shellfish and sink an Aquavit cocktail.
