Time Out says

This International Women’s Day, historic music venue The Social is raising money for Refuge, a charity that helps women escape situations of domestic abuse. Get down to its afternoon gig to do your bit for a good cause and catch some great female talent. The event will start with satirical readings from Gamine Girl, before live performances will begin from experimental pop artist Iko Chérie, Yama Warashi’s Japanese folk and free jazz-inspired sounds, spaghetti western storyteller Esme White and bedroom pop star Bella Unwin. To round things off, Token Girl DJs, Groundskeeper Lily and Pea Swirl will all be taking to the decks.
