IWD at Lee Valley White Water Centre

Celebrate International Women’s Day this year by getting active. Lee Valley White Water Centre is offering two options for those wishing to move their bodies on March 8, with invigorating and calming options. From 8:15am, you can head to the waters of the Lee Valley lake for an hour of open water swimming. Then, from 9:30am, find your zen with 60 minutes of yoga, where you can really stretch out all your stress from the week. After you’re done with your chosen session, head to the Brew Street Kitchen & Bar to recharge with a complimentary coffee. Entry to both sessions is free, but spaces are limited, so you’ll need to sign up on the Lee Valley website here.
