Osteria 60 welcomes a new guest chef each month for this series of tasting menus. For October's event Yoji Tokuyoshi from the Michelin-starred Ristorante Tokuyoshi in Milan will make twelve courses of modern Italian food, including 'crunchy piadina, sea urchin, burrata and roast potato broth'.
