This one-day festival of talks, performance, music and discussion, presented by the Independent Alliance of Publishers in partnership with the ICA, celebrates and explores diversity in publishing in all its many guises, focusing on the core values of independence, integrity and innovation. The day consists of some free events, including poetry readings in the bar, and three main events covering different aspects of culture in the corporate era, including a session called ‘Paths to Publication’ and an evening of readings and conversation with authors Alan Bennett, Simon Armitage and Edna O’Brien. Tickets for all sessions are available from the ICA website.
