Time Out says

Londoners love a museum late, which is why we were very excited to hear that The Royal Geographical Society is hosting the first-ever after-hours opening this March, featuring talks, quizzes and performances all themed around the planet’s coldest environments. Head down to the Society’s South Kensington headquarters for a stellar line-up of ice-themed entertainment featuring the likes of Hot Chip’s Alexis Taylor, ‘Under The Skin’ author Michael Faber and science journalist Quentin Cooper, plus scientists from the British Antarctic Survey, Scott Polar Research Institute and Greenpeace. The eclectic roster has been curated by artist Michèle Noach, whose current exhibition ‘Through the Ice, Darkly’ can be viewed in the Director’s Gallery on the evening.
