If you're missing the Geffrye Museum, get a load of the musem's restored almshouse, which is decorated as it would have been in the eighteenth century and nineteenth-century. Taken back to its original conditions it's a rare insight into the lives of London’s poor and elderly in the 1780s and 1880s.
