Hearts at Barts

This workshop is not for the faint hearted. In fact it's for hearts that no longer beat at all… Head to Barts and learn how to correctly preserve specimens with the museum's technical curator, Carla Valentine. Participants will be guided through the history of preservation with an illustrated talk before being given the chance to 'pot' a fixed animal heart to take home. Potentially not first date material. The price includes all materials, refreshments and exclusive tote bag.
