Time Out says

For all the curious and inquisitive kids, the Royal Institution could be one of the best places to kill some time during half term. It’s one of London’s most famous spots for a bit of scientific exploration, and as a museum dedicated to connecting people with science, they’ve certainly delivered on their upcoming programme. The Big Maths Game Show offers audience members the opportunity to battle against each other, and there’s some fascinating workshops on colour chemistry and extracting your own DNA. Last up, there’s an entire interactive day of science for the whole fam at ‘AI and problem solving’, which’ll be full of demonstrations and experiments to get stuck into. Don your best lab coat and head on down.
