Fulham Palace was used by the Bishops of London as their country retreat. Now it's a thriving visitor attraction with a busy programme of activities, many of them for kids. This half-term there's a hands-on archaeology session examining the Bishops' use of pipes and tobacco (Sun May 27), a Tudor-themed family activity day offering crafts, games and dressing up (Wed May 30) and an exploration of the palace during the First World War as part of London History Day 2018 (Thu May 31).
