Give it a Go Festival

This free day of activities on Hampstead Heath is a chance for Londoners of all ages, abilities and ambitions to try a new sport. Nordic walking, spacehoppers and zumba all make an appearance on the line-up, which also offers more traditional sports such as tennis, football and bowls. A new all-weather concrete table has been installed for three-a-side ping pong, which will presumably be new to nearly everybody. All activities are free and there's no need to book.
